10.0− The pool didn't look as clean and the water was very cold! The outside pool was closed The pool was the only reason I came

1.0− I didn’t like that the room was dirty. There were food spots on the desk and the shower had a dirty washcloth hanging on it, which lead me to believe the curtain had not been changed. Very disturbing and unsanitary.
Short stay. Cleanliness needs to pick up.

− Had to ask for bath towels and mak-up on the pillowcase. Older hotel
great price / great staff / we will be back if in that area again
10.0staff is AMAZING! bed was SO comfortable - we had a bad storm that resulted in a power outage - they were awesome - we had a little party going on in the lobby area - they supplied waters etc - it turned out to be a great time....and OH THE COOKIES!!!
− the outside was pool was closed - would have loved that - but we used the inside one - we were told it was heated - it was not - but we still got in!
