6.0Good location. We were the second floor below us pleople fussing and partying till early in the morning.
Time for an upgrade!!
4.0The room was simply worn out. Dirty couch. 2 completely dead lights made room dark and uninviting.

2.0Dirty needs painting odors broken furniture trash under bed no where to plug in lamps that where there.ac unit broken. Light and fan in bathroom going on and off. Chain and lock on door broken. Again dirty rusted stairs to get to second floor. People hanging outside in groups not feeling safe. Never again
