Nothing it was the worst experience I’ve ever had

− Everything the pool was full of bugs and had a broken piece off of the whole edge so it very unsafe for children they wouldn’t even give me towels. The fridge was broke, so it ruined all of our food that we had in our cooler.

Location was good for the event we attended

− Everything, from the girl at the front desk upon getting there, she was horrible. She was not personable at all, her attitude was horrible, she did not want to help us and had everyone waiting in the lobby for 3 hours before sending someone to clean our rooms. There were flies everywhere in the hotel, understandably it’s automatic doors, but the amount of flies was unbearable, making it hard to even eat breakfast or food in the lobby area. the lurkers walking around the hotel with no booking asking the front desk if they were hiring so he clearly did not have any purpose there, and passing throughout the hotel while scanning each room which frightened a few of the kids on the property. They did NOT ensure safety, comfortable atmosphere and it was extremely HOT! The water was brown which stained the white towels and the shower was disgusting, there was a toothbrush left in the fridge and the dust that was on top of the headboard made it hard to move around because it fell onto your head as you attempted to sleep. Overall one of the worst Hilton experiences ever. While the property could be great, from the time you walk in prepared to be aggravated and deal with attitudes.
