− Problems with booking as bed preference didn’t transfer from booking.com (make sure you confirm in comments box), shower was so small you couldn’t move and bathroom didn’t have a door. Seats in reception beyond uncomfortable. Overall disappointed.

− El baño es abierto y, además, la ducha funciona fatal; iba de frío a caliente todo el tiempo, sin manera de poder regularla.
Nice interior, but let down by a hot, unprepared room and a check-in attitude

− - Air conditioning was switched off when we arrived; the room was at 30°C. - We'd requested a cot for our toddler in advance, but it hadn't been prepared. - The car park was full on arrival, yet staff showed no flexibility on check-in and no alternative for nearby parking. - Unclear whether this was one staff member having a bad day or a broader pattern of the hotel treating one-night bookings as lower priority, but the attitude felt dismissive either way.
