I won't stay there again
2.0Poor -- basic value for me was the Walmart yogurt and coffee. They offered hard-boiled eggs that needed peeling, waffles, and cereal none of which I needed.
− Bathroom was a disaster -- broken toilet seat, grab bar loose, shower head completely rusted, no working light over the bathroom sink.

1.0The facility itself is fine. Probably the best of the chains in Globe-Miami
− I paid in advance. I got a link asking me to check in in advance. It required me to enter a credit card for incidentals and said only a minimal charge would be made. Instead, they charge that minimal amount THEN charge me a second time for the room. Overdrawn bank account. They said I would get the money back in 3-5 days. So, I am overdrawn for a week because of them. Breakfast supposed to be available at 5. Room still locked at 6 am.

− Cleanliness and maintenance was really lacking. Exterior window lock was broken. Swing lock on door was broke. Room had a bad smell to it. Fixtures and furniture were dirty.

Overall, I will stay here again.
7.0Room was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was responsive. And friendly.
− Breakfast was disappointing. The food selection was basic and the room was too warm.
