− Our room smelled like if it was abandoned, spider webs all over the walls! No hair dryer in the room and horrible loud buzzing noise all night.
Worst hotel
2.0The hotel's location was great, but unfortunately, the rooms and amenities felt very cheap—more like a Motel 6 than what we expected. We booked a deluxe king room, but there was no sofa, the chair was broken, there was no room with a view, and the carpets looked old and worn. Thankfully, we only booked one night. The valet staff and customer service were rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even more disappointing. We had driven five hours from Silicon Valley to attend an event and were exhausted, especially traveling with a toddler. Because we were only staying one night, I didn't want to spend time dealing with complaints.

10.0Great stay! The staff was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and welcoming—from the front desk team, to our waiter Andres, who was incredibly nice, and the valet attendants who took great care of us. The location is excellent, right off the freeway and just minutes from Starbucks. The hotel shuttle service was a nice touch, transporting guests from the lower level to the upper level in a BMW, which definitely added to the LA vibe. Overall, a great experience with outstanding service and a convenient location. We would definitely stay here again

5.0The location is nice and the staff was okay, but those really are the high points...
− The place really needs a face-lift. I have attended a couple of events here and thought the amenities at the events were decent enough. I was shocked by how outdated and tired the room looked. It felt like I got out of a time machine when I walked in the room, apart from many years of noticeable wear and tear. Shower did not work well at all and is a slip hazard... Disappointing experience overall.
