Great place for families had the A/C actually worked in the room
7.0We loved the delicious breakfast and the pool hours. The room and facilities were clean and the staff was friendly.
− Our A/C unit stopped working from 8:00pm until ~10am the next day. It was incredibly hot in the room! I was instructed around 9:00pm that it was overloaded and that it would turn on soon. By 2:00am my kiddo and I were awake and overheated. They gave us a fan for the room and offered to switch but I still had other kids asleep. It would’ve been a perfect stay if not for the uncomfortable room temperature for most of the night. They offered to comp my stay had I not booked through booking.com.
