− Huoneet epäsiistit, avainkorttien kanssa jatkuvaa säätöä; hissin kortinlukija toimi satunnaisesti, ovikortteja oli kaksi, joista toinen ei toiminut. 2 huonetta, joissa molemmissa samoja ongelmia.

− No Coffee Water heater in the room that you can used anytime in middle of the night. There is no Fridge where you can put your drinks to cool.

− Nadie, pero absolutamente nadie habla español. Luego vienen a España y quieren que los entendamos. En la recepción de un hotel debería haber personal con idiomas, igual que lo exigen aquí.
