10.0Place looked and smelled immaculate! They were about to put our rooms close to each other. Key system was flawless, which can be a problem I'm other establishments. Breakfast was above and beyond, plentiful and well stocked. Beds are super comfortable and pillows offered just the right options. Both men in the group said they could have left their pillows at home.

1.0The mattress on the bed was comfortable. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and helpful. Unlike the very rude,sarcastic and unpleasant check in staff.
− The check in staff was horrible!! The absolute worst experience with a hotel desk staff ever (and I work out of town and stay in hotel rooms 220-240 days a year) the older lady whose name I cannot remember but she had only worked there a few weeks at the time was completely horrible. She treated me like I was a convicted criminal in a jail,,not a paying customer who was staying at their property while working. She changed my room several times, she would make me come down and re check in everyday. Ask to see my ID like she didn’t know who I was(I was there about 2 weeks) she would have me check out at 11 and then I couldn’t check back in until 4. So I would have to sit in the front area with my bags. Because she said I couldn’t leave them there and go out to get something to eat or kill some time. Which I’ve left my bags in numerous hotels for either an early check in or a late check out. Finally I had to change hotels because the service was so horrible. Well and I had over $4000 dollars worth the fraud on my credit card from their fine hotel, and one of their drug addict live in residents backed into my rental car. Which she was no help in calling police so I could have police report to give rental company. She just said it was my problem. Which is fine but a little customer service would be nice. In a nutshell that’s my experience with the sleep inn. Save your money and the stress and sleep in your car not there. Zachary witt

− Someone left a pallet outside the front entrance. I tripped on it and seriously hurt myself. The shower in the morning did not produce hot water.
