It was comfortable and clean in the room. But didn’t like the parking situation, nor lack of restaurant.
7.0Very clean. Not far from focus of visit. Good breakfast. Responsive valet staff.
− Valet waiting space too close to street traffic. I never received my valet contact link. No lounge/cocktails/ food downstairs.

− Was really surprised I had to pay $50 for Valet Parking on top of $169 for my room totaling my stay to over $200. Complimentary breakfast was meh

10.0We like the location, the breakfast, and the staff. Rooms are very comfortable. Ist time staying on the 8th floor, it was great!
Location and price great for Gainbridge. Otherwise, spend extra $ on Hyatt

− They were obviously having issues with the A/C. Lobby was hot. Hallways were warm. We set our personal A/C at 64. It finally reached 70 at 6 am. Uncomfortable smell and temp as the night progressed. People smoking against rules still permeated our room.

9.0The staff was very friendly.
− It was a little warm in our room. We were on the 9th floor. Our air conditioning couldn't keep up. It wasn't horrible, just warmer than we wanted. We turned it down, but it never went lower than 73 and was up to 75. We like it around 70. Overall great stay, just a little warm. I understand. It was very warm outside.
