10.0The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff were all so helpful and so friendly. The rooms were nice and the food was really good.
− I wish the breakfast was included or at the very least explained that it wasn't included.

Completely scary situation
1.0I liked nothing about this property. No hospitality nor welcomeness.
− Receptionist scared us and taunting us to leave the property. Why? Just for requesting to change the room because one of the room allocated us had noisy AC? Receptionist (Name was Michael) repeatedly telling us about calling the police and put trespassing charge on us.

10.0Stayed here for over two weeks, and was very pleased. The breakfast was great as was the RGB grill. Manny the bartender always made I was well taken care of! Would and have already recommended this hotel to colleagues.
