This property was ok for the most part
6.0This property has secured parking by having a gate around it now it is Nextdoor to the motel 6 and there’s a lot of homeless people on that property asking for money that can become annoying but none of this is fault of Hyatt people will be people umm it has the potential to be a better property if they fix the other elevator and update the rooms.

Not worth the money
4.0Location: Not bad in terms of proximity to Dallas Love. Atmosphere: People were kind but the atmosphere in the lobby was literally hot. The a/c was NOT working. Rooms: There was an issue with the first room I was assigned.. the drains inside the bath tub were not draining. The second room I was given to replace my previous room, had the same problem. There was no hand soap either. Value: Not worth over $100+. The place also had an early end (9am) for breakfast. Cleanliness: The place appeared nice, but given the maintenance issues (the elevator was broken and the drainage issues) I do not trust that they may clean the place thoroughly asthey don’t maintain the necessary things well. Noise level: You could hear through the walls. Service: The phone line did not work in my first room. However, when I spoke with staff, they were friendly. Amenities: I wasn’t able to use any in my time there.
