6.0Size of the room.
− The bedding didn’t fit the bed, you would wake up sleeping on the mattress. The sheets folded off the doona all came off - to reveal a putrid dirty doona. We also stayed at the property due to building works at our unit, only to cop non stop Jack hammering for majority of our stay. There was NO warning of this at time Of booking.
For price, modern decor it was a good stay.

− So noisy the second night, up till 2am doors were opening and banged shut - it was a horrible experience. When I handed in my key, the attendant barely looked at me and couldn’t be bothered to ask about my stay or say goodbye - terrible customer service
Ordinary service. The place needs a lift. Painting on walls is well overdue
5.0Breakfast was cold and very dissapointing for what we paid for. Beds and pillows not comfortable at all Twice we put clean my room sign and no cleaning even after 3pm. Sheets not changed. Staff very friendly. We ordered dinner, steak was delicious. Vegetables came from frozen bag and were not fresh.
