Amazing one of the best hotels I have been to. Super kid friendly! Amazing food I found a good amount of option to eat and I am a picky eater. The service is great everyone is so nice. I stayed in a vila it was a good size clean and very big. In our vila we had a kitchen 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a living room 3 tvs a washer and dryer a pool and more. Each bedroom had a lot of beds 1 bedroom had 3 beds the other had 2. The beach was amazing so pretty and so was the sunset. Everything was great 100% recommend.

Family vacation

10.0

We had a great stay at Four Seasons Nevis. What truly sets this property apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome, especially our young son. The beach attendants were incredibly kind, often playing with him and helping him build sand castles, which created some of our favorite vacation memories. Before arriving, I did wonder if the resort's age would make it feel less like a Four Seasons experience. While some of the facilities are older, they are very well maintained and absolutely meet Four Seasons standards. The service is what elevates this property and makes it feel every bit as luxurious as the brand is known for. We also found pricing to be quite reasonable compared to many other luxury resorts, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was excellent each morning, and both the pool and beach service were consistently outstanding. We loved our room, which allowed us to walk right out to the beach. Some of our favorite experiences included the monkey golf cart tour, private beach dinner, the catamaran excursion arranged through the hotel, and the seamless boat transfer from the airport. Everything was easy, organized, and stress-free. We look forward to returning.

Tired and falling apart

4.0

Neglected. How is this still a four seasons? Everything is faded, peeled, cracked, frayed, uneven, unkept, falling apart, mismatched, or brown. Nobody in management sees this? It’s just a tired mid convention hotel now. Full full price on everything, but barely average, through and through. Four seasons used to be about food and service, what the heck happened? I hate writing this, but my return to Nevis after many years bummed me out to the point of “never again.”

Great family vacation and birthday

10.0

Just departed from a family vacation, family of 7 with three rooms, where I also happened to turn and celebrate my 50th birthday. We had a great time. We loved the peacefulness of the resort, beach, pools and of course the staff are amazing and genuinely friendly. We loved the sunset happy hour on the pier-Jermaine and April Joe were terrific, hanging with our teenage kids. What really made the experience was the peaceful surroundings and staff. If there is any confusion during your stay I found the staff super accommodating and friendly. If you respect them-they respect you! The only downside is no direct flights from Boston but we would love to return.

Enjoyable Family Vacation

8.0

We stayed here during our kids' spring break, and the resort was busier than usual. We have two children under the age of 9. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I was glad we ignored online reviews complaining that the resort isn't modern/up-to-date enough (we heard they are starting renovations later this year, although we were fine with the physical condition of the resort). I think it depends what you're looking for: If you like super modern rooms and amenities, this might not be the place for you. But we tend to dislike flashy hotels that feel like a "scene" and definitely prefer a low-rise, sprawling style like this one. Here are the pros and cons in my view: Pros *Tennis courts are great and easy to access. Even with the resort at full capacity, we were able to get some lessons in for us and for the kids. Angel, who runs the tennis portion of the resort, is a lot of fun and we enjoyed our experience. *Beach was lovely and swimmable. No issues with seaweed, which is a real problem on parts of St. Kitts. *Staff was very friendly and professional. We had no issues with service and didn't find the whole "Caribbean Time" thing to be an issue. Food service was relatively prompt. Rooms were cleaned on an appropriate schedule and items always restocked. Pools were clean. *Tons of families during our stay, which was a plus because we were traveling with kids. If you are going on an adults-only trip, avoid school breaks. There is an adults-only pool but we didn't use it. It's far from the family pools, which hopefully allowed for couples to have some quiet. *Food was fresh and good. There's a kids menu if you have picky eaters. *Spa isn't modern, but it's a nice quiet area and massages are given in private huts. My husband and I both got massages and were happy with the treatments. There's also a nice, large plunge pool and hot tub in the spa area. *Golf course is private and scenic, and you'll see wild monkeys along the way. Absolutely beautiful views on the end stretch of the course. *We stayed in a ground-floor suite with a private patio, which opened up to a yard -- close to one of the family pools and beaches. It was super convenient, easy for the kids to run out and play, and we could be at the pool or beach in a minute. The resort is large and so if traveling with kids and you want to be close to the pool, definitely mention this when booking. There are rooms at the resort that likely require a 5-10 minute walk otherwise. *Transfer from the airport was seamless. Definitely use the Four Seasons service -- there was a group of staff waiting with cold waters who took our luggage and led us to vans, which brought us to the boat. Once you're on the boat, it's only a 10-15 minute ride to Nevis, and more staff immediately greets you upon arrival with fresh drinks and cold towels. Check-in was prompt, even with a full house. *We slept great, the only noise coming from birds on the island, which was a nice way to wake up. Even with so many people at the resort, we never heard noise from nearby rooms or music from the restaurants/bars or anything like that. It was peaceful. Cons *The chair game. I think this is likely not an issue 95% of the year, but during spring break, when the hotel was at capacity, it was a real problem and definitely took away from the otherwise relaxing vibe of the resort. To get a chair on the beach, people would place items on empty chairs starting before 6am. By 6:30 or 7am, all chairs would be "reserved." The most insane part of this is that many of those chairs would remain empty until 11am or 12pm. This happened at the pools too. I can empathize with the staff; if they take the items off the chairs, they risk the wrath of the families who put their stuff down later showing up to no seats. If they leave them, they have to face upset guests who show up at 8am or 9am and can't find a place to sit. The whole thing could have likely been avoided if people just used the seats when they actually needed them. *The kids club was disappointing. The staff there was friendly, warm, and professional -- but it's basically a small-ish, dark air-conditioned room. They do a few outdoor activities a day, but it def caters to very young kids -- I would say ages 5 and younger. It's more a toddler babysitting service than a kids club, at least from what we saw. If you are looking for someone to watch your young kid while you go to the spa for an hour or take a tennis lesson, its fine for that. *Again, this is more a product of us being there during spring break -- but a lot of the activities were booked up. We were able to sign up for a few things, but not others, and there was a growing wait list for certain activities. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and would go back, but would avoid spring break weeks.

A rundown ritz

6.0

My family and I travel frequently and have stayed at many luxury properties, including several Four Seasons hotels around the world. Unfortunately, this property falls well below the brand standard. At times, it feels more like a tired, dated resort than the elevated, seamless experience you expect from Four Seasons. This is a location that truly needs attention from corporate. ⸻ Pros • Pools: Two dedicated kids’ pools and one adult pool, great for families • Arrival: Boat arrival is beautiful with a very “White Lotus” feel • Complimentary Experience: The monkey tour is a standout, driving a golf cart while spotting monkeys was unforgettable • Staff: Warm, friendly, and genuinely kind throughout the stay • Location: Gorgeous beach and prime setting • Amenities: Sunscreen available at the pool is a thoughtful touch • Accessibility: Very easy to get taxis to explore off property • Morning Coffee: Complimentary coffee in the lobby each morning • Grounds: Landscaping is well maintained ⸻ Cons • Property Condition: The resort feels outdated, with visible mold in showers and on cushions, and even exposed nails around the newer pool • Rooms: In need of renovation; shower height is surprisingly low and not suitable for taller guests • Arrival Experience: Disorganized from the start, after being escorted to the van, there is a 20+ minute wait before departing for the boat. The transfer itself feels underwhelming. Upon arrival, rooms were not ready, there was no welcome drink (unexpected at this price point), and we were directed to lunch. It then took over an hour to locate our luggage, leaving us unable to change • Service: Consistently slow; ordering food or drinks is difficult, and even getting fresh towels can be a challenge. Pool chairs remain “claimed” all day without staff clearing them • Pool Environment: During peak times (like spring break), expect to wake before 7am to secure a chair. There are also many unsupervised, noisy children, which detracts from a relaxing atmosphere • Pricing: Extremely overpriced (expect ~$30 per drink), especially when nearby options offer far better value • Cleanliness: Poor around the newer pool—old food and debris sit for hours; even something as simple as a lemon remained in the waterfall for days • Departure: Completely chaotic, over 50 guests crowded into a lounge with no seating, long checkout lines, and no organization. After the boat, there is another extended wait in a van. At the airport, luggage is left on the ground with no staff assistance, creating a frustrating and disorganized end to the stay ⸻ Helpful Tips • Dine at Bananas Restaurant, truly excellent • Walk to Sunshine’s Beach Bar for drinks (order the “Killer Bee”) and enjoy nearby beach restaurants • Book a half-day catamaran, it was one of the highlights of our trip • Avoid dining on property; it’s not worth the price • Bring bug spray
