La decoración

− El personal de cafetería muy desagradable Estuve llamando una hora antes de llegar y me tuvieron a la espera 15 minutos y me colgaron cuando llegué lo comenté y me dijo que tenía mucha gente que no pudieron atenderme me cobraron en la cafetería cuatro euros por una tónica pequeñita me pareció un robo la piscina de fuera es como una charca no es lo que aparenta ser en las fotos por supuesto Esta mañana spa no se le puede llamar porque es una simple piscina pequeña climatizada.

Tolles Hotel, Zimmer etwas alt!

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einem tollen Ambiente, etwas in die Jahre gekommen! Die Ausstattung war wirklich schön. Eine tolle Poolarea (Pool allerdings sehr kalt, und das im Juli), ein atemberaubendes Frühstücksbuffet, ein sehr netter zuvorkommender Kellner, tropische Atmosphäre durch die tolle Deko, leckerer Kaffee, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, toller Spa! Der Kellner im Frühstücksraum war super!

− Wir hatten ein der alten Zimmer, was stark renovierungsbedürftig war: der Fernseher war im Spiegel integriert, was ein witziges Gadget war, da er aber ständig hing und nichts mehr ging und auch nur ein paar portugiesischer Programme zeigte, war er für uns eher unbrauchbar! Wir hatten kein WC-Papier, Kleenax und Hygienebeutel auf dem Zimmer bei Einzug, was echt ein Unding ist heutzutage! Das Personal mussten wir erst suchen, die es dann auffüllten. An der Rezeption haben wir tel. kaum jemanden erreichen können. Entgegen der Aussage in der Zimmerbeschreibung hatten wir keinen Safe! Obwohl damit geworben wurde, dass jedes Zimmer mit einem ausgestattet sei. Das Badezimmer war sehr herunter gewirtschaftet, der Wasserhahn so seltsam eingestellt, dass beim Aufdrehen das halbe Zimmer unter Wasser stand!

I liked the massages. Very professional and friendly masseuses. I'd recommend it! I liked the pool area. It was small and simple but ok for the amount of guests that were using it when we were there.

− So many things were disappointing! We had no water in our bathroom (no shower, no toilet flush, and no sink water) in the morning. Aweful noise isolation of the room: we could hear clearly and loudly the guests in the corridor and in the room upstairs. To add insult to injury, the mini fridge was sooo loud. So, sleep deprevation. The TV was not working properly (bad signal). I called three times (in different times) the reception and no one picked up. The extremely basic Spa area was veryyy noisy, which defeats its purpose. To our surprise, the spa pool was not heated, it was quite cold. And to go to the spa area it's mandatory to have swimming cap. It was sold to us for 5€ - which is expensive considering its quality. Moreover, the whole building structure is the most confusing that we have every seen! It fell like we were in a maze. And finally, the worst aspect of the hotel happened even before the hotel experience started: we received a Whatsapp message from Singapour as Rubens hotel & Spa with our personal information - including the days of our stay - asking for further information to complete our booking. We ignored it, since it was a clear scam. However, we wonder if it was a lack of data security management from the hotel that leaked our info.

O espaço em si não é mau, mas poderia ser maior e melhor, atendendo ao preço praticado. Quartos muito pequenos e sem arrumação, com limpeza que deixa a desejar.

− Falta de funcionários em todos os locais, especialmente aquando do pequeno-almoço, no SPA e na receção. Tempos longos para encontrar alguém nesses espaços.

Great Hotel, would recommend.
