− Udogodnienia jak na hotel 4 gwiazdkowy, delikatnie mówiąc, słabe. Brak czajnika i zestawu kawowego w pokoju (po usilnych prosbach i zdziwieniu personelu dostarczono nam czajnik - kubki musieliśmy kupić sami), brak wody w pokoju (ani powitalnej ani codziennej). W dzisiejszym świecie hotel z takimi udgodnieniami nie powinien mieć 4 gwiazdek. Zwlaszcza przy nie najniższej cenie.

9.0חדר גדול ומרווח ונוח,מספיק שקעים להטענה,יש תחנת מטרו ממש מתחת למלון,חניה,שירות טוב של העובדים ,מלון בעיצוב חדיש. ,מיזוג אויר טוב ומקום נוח לצאת לטיולים סביב מילאנו
− נמצא באזור B כל שהנסיעה במטרו קצת יותר יקרה,מרוחק משדה התעופה מלנספה.ארוחת בוקר לא משהוא (למרות שלהבהנתי כך רוב הארוחות בוקר באזור מילאנו)
