I stayed at room #6. It's a little hot but there's a minisplit. The place could use some improvements and renovations but nothing major. If you are not picky then it's a great place. Specially the balcony. It has a small table, two chairs and a hammock. All overlooking the river and the trees. I couldn't believe how lucky i was for getting this room. The people were nice. And the location is great. Not too close to the noise, not too far from the beach. Walking distance to shop, restaurants, and the surf breaks.

Great location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach! We really liked the water pressure in the shower, and the staff/owner were super friendly and very attentive. If you’re looking for a more affordable and comfortable place to stay near the beach, this is a great option.

Property manager has a beautiful soul. She Just was available and ready. But not ever needed. Simple bedroom, AC and shower. Safe and comfortable.

If compared to a 5 star hotel obviously this place falls short. But if you see it what it’s for then it’s pretty good. My room had one full size bed, 1 night stand, a ceiling fan and a mini split AC. Shower is all one temp. Luke warm. The bed is not firm at all. But it dose the job. Restaurante Erica in my opinion has the best sea food cocktails, everything is a short walk away.
