8.0Great location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to find good food. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the area felt safe throughout our stay. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay.
− The pool didn't appear to be very clean. Improving the filtration system or ensuring the water pump is running properly could help keep the water cleaner and make the pool more inviting. Additionally, the bedrooms did not have air conditioning, which made them less comfortable, especially in warm weather.

− No central AC, nothing in the kitchen to eat with or drink, no coke dispenser, no ice machine, no swimming pool towels. I think it was definitely overpriced. Needs improving

8.0I loved the location, the owner is very accommodating and we always feel safe and secured.
− I wish the bedroom had air conditioning and the shower pressure could be better. Also an ice maker would go a long way in that Florida heat, but overall it was excellent. Its my second time staying there and I will be back!.
