10.0Martha and Saul were very pleasant staff members. They asked if we needed anything and were attentive. They also had a hospitable and positive attitude. Martha was extremely helpful in answering general Chicago questions.
− You must ensure request your room is cleaned on daily basis if not it's every other day.
