10.0Spacious clean modern room (room 19) overlooking the estuary. Short walk to pub for breakfast/food. Beautifully appointed with amenities, hairdryer, heaters, coolers, tea coffee biscuits etc. Easy access to great walks, shops at Bideford etc

10.0We had a brilliant stay here we were made to feel very welcome and felt relaxed and chilled. The location is wonderful by day and by night. The atmosphere is friendly.

4.0fourth time we have stayed - so we do like it this time we had a bedroom in the annexe - the room was for disabled access which was not what i booked the bed was a double so too small for 2 to sleep in comfort and there was no ventilation or air conditioning so it was stifling
