− No one around to help with check in and no information given. We had to track someone down at the restaurant
Perfect winter getaway from the city.
8.0The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The design was very beachy and pretty. The bed was very comfortable. It snowed while we were there, and the snow removal team came and cleared the parking lot, walking path, and steps.
− I could not figure out how to get the heat above 60 degrees. Instructions next to the thermostat would help.

A good overnight stop but the team need to up the game on cleaning
6.0Helpful staff who quickly resolved an issue with cleaning in the first room. The property had a kettle to make tea although a kettle in the rom would be even better. Comfortable room
− The first room we were allocated had hair stuck all over the wall in the shower, the team moved us to a second room without hesitation but the cleaning / room checks clearly hadn't been done properly. It's an expensive room for such poor cleanliness
Lovely stay in Kenebunkport
8.0Nice room. V comfy beds. Great to have Lobster House nextdoor.
− Had problem checking in with our credit card. Problem was the hotel's system. Delayed our check in 30 mins (not much but a lot when we were only there one evening and didn't arrive until 6pm.)
