− The rooms were humid and smelly. They were renovating so it also smelled like paint and there was debris everywhere. There were no towels in the room or at the pool. The poor girl working there seemed to be all alone.

Budget room with horrific check in experience.

Room itself was fine and about what I expected for the price.

− Despite doing an online check-in hours before arriving and letting them know we would be checking in at 11pm, when we arrived right on time, no one was at the front desk to give us our keys and the phone number provided to reach someone was just the front desk phone...which no one was at. We waited over 20 minutes for a staff member to show up, and when they finally did, no apology, no explanation. And we weren't the only guests waiting to check in. Totally unprofessional.

This well maintained, located, and priced hotel was just what we wanted for our overnight stay.

Location close to downtown easy to get to our event. Perfectly adequate self-service breakfast. Cheery staff. Everywhere carefully clean.

Freshly renovated rooms.

It was comfortable and clean, but overall I was not impressed.

My room, and the lobby area was very clean.

− I didn’t like the woman at reception when I checked in (or later when I had questions). The other staff members seemed nice. I didn’t like that there was no TV Channel guide in the room, and I was told that guide could be found on Channel 1 (I had to ask, because this information was also not in the room), however, channel 1 in my room was a broadcast channel, not a tv guide. They could do a lot better about providing information to guests in the rooms, with information about local restaurants and activities, as well as features within the hotel or room itself.
