− Die Lautstärke der BAR die sich neben der Unterkunft befindet, weiters wäre eine Klimaanlage empfehlenswert da es im Sommer sehr warm in den Zimmern wird
Good location close to the centre however the room on the top floor was extremely warm during hot weather

10.0− Leider keine Klimaanlage; wegen BAR im Nebenhaus sehr laut in den frühen Morgenstunden
Ich kann dieses Hotel gar nicht empfehlen.
1.0− Ich hatte um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten, hinten raus zum Garten. Das bekam ich auch (ohne Aufschlag). Aber von ruhig keine Rede. In unmittelbarer Nähe eine Gastwirtschaft, Lärm bis 2 Uhr früh. Und das Schlimmste: Die Wände zwischen den Zimmern sind so dünn, dass man alles (selbst Hüsteln) durchhört. Und mein Zimmernachbar sah den ganzen Tag fern bis 2 Uhr früh. Als ich ihn um 24 Uhr bat, leiser zu drehen, kam er dem nach, trotzdem hörte ich den Ton durch. Am nächsten Abend, als ich ihn wieder bat, beschimpfte er mich (me está tocando los cojones) und drehte auch nicht leise. Als ich mich am nächsten Tag (mein Abreisetag) bei der Rezeption beschwerte, hieß es nur, ich hätte ja den Nachtportier verständigen können.
