Stuff was nice.

− The overall impression is not so good. The rooms are apparently clean, the pool outside is very dirty. Without any additional equipment in the rooms - tea, coffee, nothing for refreshment. In general, I would avoid this place.

The apartment is spacious and with a decent view from the balcony. Three bedrooms with large beds are convenient for us, a family of 6.

− To be fair, this has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had in my adult life. Smaller quirks, such as that the AC is only in the hallway and we had to sleep with open doors to get cool air in, is fair. The apartment is also a 20-min not-so-pleasant walk from the beach (however, the beach is great). Also, it looks like it was refurbished by someone who don't know what they are doing - with pipes, cables and chords sticking out from the floor and walls in almost all rooms. Hopefully, it's not a fire hazard. However, the apartment was not clean at all. It was, in fact, dirty. As soon as we came in, we noticed that the floors had not been sweeped. Dust, sand, crumbles, etc. was to be found across the entire apartment. I also found remains of a fingernail under my bed (which, as someone allergic to dust, was unpleasant place to stick my head). Also, the dishwasher was left with dirty dishes - of which my father drank from a (dirty) cup assuming it was clean (as it should be). What was the worst part, was the staff's reaction to my complaint. The woman in the reception was nice and apologetic, but the person responding to the pictures I shared via WhatsApp showed little sign of remorse. They promised a new round of housekeeping the day after. However, when we returned, the only trace of housekeeping was that they had left some of their equipment on the sofa. The housekeeping and management of this hotel, assuming they have any, need careful reconsideration. I will never recommend anyone to stay here in the future.

The property was clean and the staff were very kind.

− You absolutely must have a car to stay there. It’s high in the hills amongst a lot of apartment buildings. The surroundings are not attractive. It’s a 20 minute steep walk down hill to the beach. Walking back up is brutal in the heat. It’s quite far from the old town. The room was very small. I reserved for an adult and 2 preteens and were given a room with one queen bed. My daughter slept on the floor. The pool water was green. I would recommend another place. Definitely not worth the price.
