4.0To be honest I didn’t like at all specially the room smells cigarettes and the toilet dirty

4.0There were a lot of insects, small cockcroaches invading my food and walking around the walls. Untiled CR and not draining well,no water heater, dirty footrug. A lodge may be a lot better.

6.0Well you get what you pay for. It’s very cheap accommodation so I wasn’t that surprised to find a pretty dirty room. Stains on the sheets, bugs scurrying about, no warm water, and weak WiFi. If you’re looking for cleanliness and comfort, this is NOT your place. If you want a really cheap pit stop, go for it!

6.0It’s hard to check-in. 30 mins prior 2 pm which is the original time for check-in. I asked a favour if possible that I can check I-in bec I need to attend the meeting and they don’t let me check-in. They take into consideration.. They ask me to pay the 30mins if I want to check-in 30mins earlier. I understand your SOP, I booked for 4 days. And 30 mins is not a big losses for them. I don’t know. Thanks anyways. The room that Rose gave me have lots of cockroaches crawling on the table and bed.
