I hope people come here in time, since I cannot put my review on Booking.com - I booked this 1 month in advance. 1 DAY, yes, 1 DAY before my vacation they wanted to switch my reservation - 3 queen beds for a king and a pullup. Well, NO. Then it started with lies that they could not process my credit card ( I provided 2 ). Their terrible communication through text ( delays, not answering everything I was asking ) just vanished when I said I needed my original reservation. Called several times, they would not answer. They cancelled my booking. I had to find another reservation immediately and funny - I paid MORE and used the EXACT SAME DECLINED CC. Isn't that weird? They are extremely fishy, I would not book this place

I booked this hotel through Orbitz for $99 a night plus tax. 2 nights for $212 no problem. Then once I booked it I received 5 emails from the hotel stating no refund if canceled and a $125 cleaning fee and $42 administrative fee. This brought the 2 night price to $378. This is a bait and switch price scam. DONT STAY HERE.

The room wasn't what was advertise when i book the room. No balcony view, no refrig, no microwave, no ice machine, no place to put up your clothes. Owner works out of the unit. The unit is not totally private. Owner works out of a closet inside the rental unit.

Check in was terrible. Hard to understand due to language barrier. Melina who is the owners wife entered our apartment while we were there. Not once but 3 times she said “no partying no drinking and no smoking” even after my husband and I told her that would not be a problem because we dont smoke. We were in vacation and felt like we were supervised. Not a very nice way of doing business. Also there was only 1 already used toilet paper. I had to run out for TP while my husband used that bathroom. It was ridiculous!

Horrible service the apartment that was reserved was not what the room that was given to me. They do not issue refunds for anything and the charges are beyond what is on the site when you get there the condominium has additional charges that exceed a normal hotel stay. No kids allowed either because the owner does not allow any noise whatsoever. We cancelled and booked another hotel nearby and it’s been a nightmare getting my refund from this one, they speak only German even the front desk associates had a hard time speaking with manager
