− The room wasn't updated. Peeling paint in the tub/jacuzzi wasn't able to use it without bottom lined with a towel. Wasn't able to control the central air system

7.0Getting keys was easy in drop box. Location on the boardwalk is very good. In the middle of the major resorts and casinos. Nice easy walk to all. View of ocean was from windows beautiful . Food at only onsite restaurant surprised us and was good but served on paper plates.
− No one stopped by daily to clean. Emptied our own trash. No ice bucket. We were offered garbage bags for holding ice so bought a plastic bucket myself. All amenities listed were closed, not open yet for season (pool), or not functioning. We could see that they were installing and remodeling. By the last day the laundry was working through an app. Tub needs replaced peeling paint or something in it. Number of times walking from lobby to room smelling weed. A number of the staff seemed to not care about the resort or customers there.
