Wonderful Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement
8.0The location couldn't be better. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to our requests. The concierge was particularly helpful, and the hotel's partner tours were excellent—we booked several through them, and each was well organized and of a very high quality.
− The rooms are understandably compact given the hotel's location in the old quarters. However, the bathroom layout was disappointing. The shower area was poorly lit, the bathtub felt awkwardly squeezed into the space, and the wash basin had almost no counter space, making the design impractical. The breakfast buffet also lacked allergen labeling, which was a significant concern for us. We had informed both the hotel and kitchen staff multiple times about our dietary requirements, yet there was no clear allergen information available. As a result, we had to repeatedly ask about the ingredients in almost every dish. This was made even more difficult because many of the staff we interacted with spoke limited English, making every meal unnecessarily stressful. Clear allergen labeling would greatly improve the experience for guests with dietary requirements.

10.0Great location, rather large rooms for a hotel in the centre of the old town, rooftop bar with great views, excellent staff, in particular Brian Do, who was extremely helpful. We had a wonderful stay.
