It was better than average.
7.0Everything in our main room was great. The breakfast was better than good. Overall it was better than average.
− Except for the fact that it was very roomie, the bathroom left much to be desired. The cheap low-flow toilet was horrible. We had to use a plunger on 2 occasions, and the tank part seemed on the verge of coming off. On 2 of the mornings there was no hot water, and our 3 night stay didn't rate us any maid service.

4.0Location, I'm guessing this is the only reason they can charge what they do and stay open based on my experience.
− I requested a room used less for pets, if that's even possible. I'm guessing it isn't because the amount of febreeze someone sprayed in there was enough to burn your eyes and nostrils. We had to air the room out for awhile. The floor was not clean and the desk chair with wheels had stains on it. The handle to the extra sink was broken and fell apart the first time I tried to use it. The tv was very small, people give tv's away on facebook that are bigger. The air conditioner is in the little extra room space away from the bed, so that thing was running non-stop and barely keeping it cool. There was a place on the wall where there used to be a picture, but it was just two empty hooks.
Spacious Room and Excellent Cost-Benefit
8.0We had a pleasant stay, and the room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a family of four. The only area that could use some improvement is the cleanliness, which could be given a bit more attention. Overall, it was an excellent value for the money, especially considering we stayed during the Fourth of July holiday. The breakfast wasn't extravagant, but it was more than enough for our family. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
