Good, not great
8.0I don’t understand the rave reviews for this place. We picked it over the Four Seasons (which was actually cheaper!) because people seemed to love it, but to us, it was pretty standard. The location is convenient and nice. The hotel landscaping is beautiful. The rooms are nice and authentic but very dark and quite gloomy. No one at the front desk can help you with any excursions- hikes, hot springs, nothing. If you ask for one of their TWO hotel cars to drive you anywhere more than 3 minutes away, they refuse. If you ask for a car reservation, they say you should have asked yesterday. It’s just not the above and beyond experience you’d expect at this price point. The tiny soaking pool is unheated and in our four days there, we weren’t able to order one pool side drink because there was no staff anywhere. The breakfast staff is lovely, though, the turn down room amenities are nice, and the people in management are very friendly.
Lovely little spot
10.0The Inn of the Five Graces is a very charming little hotel! I was a big fan of my room (Lapis), which was both spacious and cozy, with some complimentary snacks that I greatly appreciated given my late night arrival. Breakfast was also good, although the dinner I had there was a little mixed - the Caesar salad was great, but the enchiladas were a little disappointing. The hotel is also in a great location for exploring town on foot. I’ll likely return here on my next visit to Santa Fe. If you want a more “resort” feel try the Auberge or Four Seasons instead.
An excellent hotel
10.0We had a fabulous one-week stay in the Juniper suite. This hotel is special because of its exceptional customer service and its great location in a historic part of Santa Fe. Beautiful accommodations. Guests are treated with appreciation. Everything from housekeeping to concierge to valet is first-rate. Outstanding breakfast included with room. Easy walks to everything in historic downtown Santa Fe. Top-flight tours/excursions arranged through the hotel. We highly recommend “Five Graces” to anyone wanting a memorable, fun, vacation experience.
Magic Carpet Ride to say the least.
10.0Would you love to ride on a magic carpet ride…then stay at this Inn. From the moment you arrive you are treated as family. The reception and grounds are first rate and when you arrive at your room, your jaw will drop from the magnificent layout, color and furnishings. The bathroom is the most beautiful display of incorporated mosaics that I have even seen.
Work of Art
10.0There are hotels. There are enchanting hotels. And then there is the Inn of the Five Graces. From the moment I stepped into my room, something shifted—almost chemically. A sense of calm washed over me, an immediate exhale I didn’t realize I needed. The décor is extraordinary: layered, soulful, and unlike anything I’ve experienced, yet somehow deeply familiar and welcoming at the same time. The craftsmanship throughout is breathtaking. The mosaic bathroom alone is a work of art—I found myself lingering there, simply taking it all in, admiring every detail. It’s the kind of space that invites you to slow down and notice. Equally remarkable is the location. Tucked away and wonderfully discreet, yet perfectly positioned for exploring on foot—you’re steps from galleries, museums, and some of the best restaurants in Santa Fe. I arrived with high expectations. Every one of them was surpassed. This is more than a hotel—it’s an experience that gently shifts you from celebration to quiet contemplation, without you even realizing it. If yo
