3.0− No ammenities, surprise extra fees, tv didnt work, no working phone, falsely advertised breakfast, YOU WILL NOT GET THE ROOM YOU RESERVE, having my room door knocked on every 30 minutes on the day of check out starting at 9 am until we leave, and being stared at by MANAGRMENT AND HIS FAMILY while loading our vehicle like we was trying to take hotel proeperty

1.0The air conditioner, television and mini fridge worked well, surprisingly did not see any bugs
− This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. We had to request a different room as the first room was not clean at all. Dirty sheets, bathroom,floors and towels . It was so gross. I have many pictures to prove it but I can only share 4. The second room was slightly better but not even close to clean., the floor and toilet were very dirty and something was all over the wall next to the toilet. We walked to a convenience store and the clerk told us it wasn’t safe for us there and we should go somewhere else. He said the hotel is lodging for “drifters and junkies “ and advised that we don’t go out of our room at night and for me to not go out without my husband if we decided to stay. We had been driving for 12 hours so we decided to just lock ourselves in and sleep enough to get back on the road.
