The staff for helpful with my son’s sprained ankle and lent us crutches. However, location was on main room and our stay
1.0The photos aren’t a true reflection of the actual rooms. Location is on main road and noisy at night and morning due to beeping of scooters and cars, our stay wasn’t comfortable for a family of 4. We wished we stayed elsewhere for our last leg of Yunnan trip.
− The bathrooms weren’t clean to our expectations. Mould in shower. The building is smoke free even inside the concierge / reception. Not suitable for kids.
