Esmorzar molt bo. Hi vam fer dues estades, una en una habitació de la banda del carrer, que estava molt bé, i una en una habitació que donava al darrere, que estava bé però on l'aire condicionat anava directament cap al llit

− El personal de recepció era molt sec, tret d'un noi que era molt agradable. Quan vam arribar no funcionava el datàfon per pagar i després em van fer baixar expressament de l'habitació per pagar

Terrible experience

The location is good, that's the only think I liked.

− I had a very poor experience at this hotel due to the way an issue was handled. On our second morning, we woke up at 7am to find there was no water, meaning we couldn't shower or even use the bathroom. When I contacted reception, the response was simply, "We don't have a technician available at this hour." When I asked whether it was a general issue or just our room/floor, I was told, "There's a bathroom downstairs if you want to check if there's water there." I was genuinely speechless. The staff were dismissive and acted as though the situation was no big deal. We had to leave for a pre-booked tour and returned around 10pm, only to find there was still no water on our floor, despite there being water downstairs and in the kitchen. At no point were we offered another room nor were we given any meaningful alternative. Problems can happen in any hotel but what matters is how they're handled. The complete lack of empathy, urgency, and customer service was honestly one of the worst I've experienced, especially considering this is not a budget hotel. I would not recommend staying here and would certainly not return.
