2.0I travelled for brain operation the next day. Other than location this hotel is awful .
− I travelled for brain operation the next day. The tv aerial was ripped from wall so didnt work, no tea n coffee facilities or toiletries as advertised on their website. Very dirty rooms. I have made a complaint but despite complaining to receptionist nothing was noted so no compensation for a £150 night stay. Disgraceful and I have written to watch dog.
