7.0Pousada simples, adequada se o orçamento está curto. Limpa, cama confortável.
− Não tem calefação no banheiro, o que pode ser um problema em dias frios. Café da manhã ok, o genérico de padaria ou hotel de negócios. Faltou água quente pro banho no ínicio da manhã. No banheiro somente um rolo de papel higiênico parcialmente consumido. No quarto diversos pequenos detalhes necessitando manutenção, que individualmente não prejudicam a estadia mas em conjunto passam a impressão de descuido.

9.0Gostei da localização, pq fica perto de um restaurante, de farmácia, supermercado. Gostei do conforto do quarto. O café da manhã é ótimo, não deixou nada a desejar. E a comunicação com a pousada é excelente. Eles tem o cuidado de entrar em contato, e quando precisamos falar, respondem rapidamente. Tem garagem com controle do portão automático para o cliente, o que facilita muito a entrada e saída.
− A única situação foi que precisei sair um dia antes e eles não abateram o valor dessa diária, apesar de ter comunicado antes que entregaria o quarto, mas a proprietária informou que não poderia abrir mão. Esse foi o único ponto negativo. Então se tiver algum contratempo, saiba que você será cobrado mesmo que não utilize o serviço.

− Meu carro não entrou no estacionamento, devido a altura, pois estava com maleiro de teto e batia no portão.

10.0Está cerca al centro, se puede caminar tranquilamente y es una zona segura, como todo Gramado en general. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado, las habitaciones muy cómodas.
− Solo que el calefactor pueda calentar un poco más, como recomendación.
