− It was in an alley but we were safe all of the time. Also no vent in the bathroom.

10.0The staff and facilities were clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent. Made to order eggs and pho too! Location was in the center. Henry was helpful at checkout and gave a small token gift. They also helped move out luggage to the nearby hotel since we were going to halong bay. They did not have availability for the rest of our stay.
− The AC was blowing straight to your face. Wish the vents were movable to adjustment blow off air. Otherwise none. It's a great hotel.
