6.0The hotel was undergoing maintenance while I stayed there so it did not look its best. The staff were ok, they seemed exhausted or maybe tired of foreigners. I could not tell. Room service was perfect, laundry service was good too. Bathroom shower could be cleaner, toilet paper holder had a brown spec, 💩.

10.0Excellent hotel, very high standard. Spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained rooms. A great variety of services. An outstanding staff that responds to every request and is always ready to help with anything needed. No pettiness whatsoever. We enjoyed every moment, the wonderful service, and the hotel's excellent facilities.

10.0The overall experience was very good, but a few things related to the age of the hotel were a bit annoying, like the power points that were not on the same standard (some would accept my power connectors and others wouldn't). The breakfast and the gym were absolutely amazing! The area around is very good with many options for shopping, and there are some markets around with good options for shopping and eating.
