− The property was difficult to locate since it wasn’t marked. The parking was also not marked and the directions were difficult to follow.

Habotació gran i comfortable. Al costat de la zona universitària i de molts bars i restaurants. Millor que en la zona del waterfront, que és massa turística.

− No hi ha recepció i per a obrir la porta del carrer i de l'habitació necessites descarregar una app i per tant es depen del mòbil. Patia una mica per si em quedava sense bateria, però no vaig tindre cap problema. Falta una mica de llum al bany. També podrien posar una etiqueta per saber quin dispensador és del xampú i quin del gel. A l'escriptori aniria bé un endoll per a poder connectar el portàtil. De totes maneres són petits detalls que no ens han impedit estar a gust.

We did not like anything about the property. It looks much different in real life than online.

− Bad area of town, many homeless people around. A man was literally standing in the middle of the street with his pants down while cars swerved around him. I was worried about parking my car there. I thought the place was a hotel, it’s actually an old run down house converted into rooms. It’s dark inside, the room itself was very poorly lit, like a warehouse. The curtains opened to a view of the garbage cans and the side of the building. If we had wanted to eat there in the room we would have had to stand around a tiny desk in the corner, there were no other flat surfaces, and only one chair. The place made it sound like it was some kind of boutique, artistic hotel. It had one generic painted wall, the rest of the place was just plain white walls, with sparse, generic furnishings. We did not feel safe there, it was not acceptable accommodations for the price, it didn’t look as advertised, and we were not going to stay there at all. I immediately informed the manager of that. They agreed to refund the second night but refused to refund for the first night even though we didn’t stay. I don’t think this was fair, as I never would have booked this place at all if it was advertised as it really looks. I’m angry about this whole experience as it was super stressful to get into town in the late afternoon and scramble to find new accommodations while fighting to get my money back, and losing over $220 in the process. I’m disappointed with the hotel and with Booking.com.

Great location, good deal. Great for someone who needs a clean place for a bargain, but do not expect any customer service.

− There was no staff on site, and everything is done through an app. If your phone were to die/bluetooth was not working for any reason, you would be absolutely screwed/locked out of your room with no alternative option to get into your room. We had no hand soap in our room and there was no way to ask for basic soap. The chat was almost always "not available'
