Tout était parfait! Le personnel est très gentil Les chambres sont très propres La Clim fonctionne très bien Il est à proximité de toutes les lignes de bus, de métro, de la gare à pieds et même de quelques bonnes adresses de resto!

− Le seul bémol est la literie, pas très confortable et le manque d’oreiller moelleux mais le séjour était quand même super

− Very disappointing experience – poor service despite a good location If I could give this place zero stars, I honestly would. The location is good, but unfortunately, the service provided by some of the staff and the owner was extremely disappointing. We stayed for 4 nights, and our overall experience was made very uncomfortable because of the rude and unprofessional behavior we experienced, particularly from Simo, one of the reception staff. When we first arrived, Upol was at the reception. He was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful, and we immediately had a positive impression of the property because of his welcoming attitude. Unfortunately, on the following days, Simo was at reception, and the experience changed completely. His attitude towards us was unnecessarily rude and made our stay very uncomfortable. At one point, he even approached me personally and told me that I could not make phone calls, which I found extremely unreasonable and inappropriate. To make matters worse, the owner came to our room at around 12:30 AM (midnight) to speak to us about something, which was extremely disruptive and unnecessary at that hour. We also stayed for four nights, yet our bedsheets were not changed throughout our entire stay, which was another major disappointment. Thankfully, Upol was there again when we were leaving, and he was once again genuinely kind, polite, and helpful. He helped us a lot during our departure and was by far the most pleasant person we dealt with during our stay. I genuinely appreciate his hospitality and professionalism. Overall, while the location is good, the poor service, rude attitude, and lack of basic hospitality from certain staff and management completely ruined our experience. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before staying here, particularly because of the service and attitude we experienced from Simo and the management.
