10.0amazing place, pictures don't quite do it the justice it deserves. Done to a high standard, spotless and underfloor heating. Very quiet location even though on a working farm, lovely scenic walks around 45mins away of local villages for shops (great butchers, fishmongers, bakery) eating, drinking and even a gin distillery (less than an hours walk away) and to top it all off a hot tub ! . Gemma is a fantastic host and nothing too much trouble. would highly recommend.
