The Evian villas is a beautiful area within a short distance of the beach.
10.0This villa is adorable! There was plenty of room for my husband & I and 2 of our grown children. The villa was well stocked in the kitchen & the patio area was great for family meal time. We liked the walkability of the area. Even the walk to the beach wasn’t horrible. We did decide to drive the 4 minutes to the beach after the first day. We highly recommend the Shipyard area & the Evian villas. We will definitely plan to visit again. Oh, and seeing the gators was cool…from a distance.
