4.0Breakfast was not terrible but eggs were so fake
− Bathroom plumbing was bad. The bathroom vent did not work. Closing the bathroom door was like being in a sauna. The toilet did not flush well. The ac did not cool the room well.
Need to use a nice smelling cleaner of some sort. A general unpleasant smell even in the hallways.
3.0The lobby and breakfast were clean and good. The rooms, however, need major upgrading.
− The smell and general condition of the rooms. The first room smelled like urine/a cat litter box and it was dirty and worn. We were moved to another room where the ac/heat unit didn't work right. If you wanted the ac to be less cold, had to turn up the thermostat until it turned off. Also, noticed that someone had put a plastic bag over the smoke detector.
