Disappointing, too far from the airport
4.0The shower was nice. I liked that there was a person to check me in.
− Too far away from the airport. The airport shuttle runs if they have someone to drive. Might start at 8am, but might not. Might run till midnight, might not. No for sure answer. Only that it runs if someone is there to drive, roughly every half an hour. The elevator is at the opposite end of the hotel from the front desk. You have to bring your stuff down a corridor with a padded carpet so it's next impossible to push your roller bag down it, you need to drag it which means it tilts and is super heavy and wonky. 🙄 The design is miserable. Had to specifically ask about breakfast. Still not sure if it was free or if there was more than just the sweet danishes and Starbucks coffee served at the bar. The only thing the staff was openly discussing was check in and check out, no further information unless I asked the right questions... Which apparently I didn't. The booking site said "breakfast included", but the stuff on the bar counter was sparse and behind clear cabinets and having never been here before, I didn't understand what a (what looked like) working cafe was doing in relation to the breakfast offered with my room. I didn't have cash on me, so I just went back to the room, got my things and left the hotel. Check out was simple enough, just a "how was your stay?" Maybe I should have asked more questions then about breakfast, but I didn't want to be more disappointed since my ride share was waiting outside (8:20am.. no shuttle).
