2.0I did not stay at La Quinta. My business trip was canceled. I texted the hotel, but received nothing but these automated responses. And certainly no refund.

2.0The rooms and the carpet were dirty, torn curtains in the room, hair left in the bathtub, a dirty towel was left folded and was not usable. Morning staff was very rude when I asked to soak to o the manager who was out of town. Overall disappointed and checked out a day early

4.0Lights in the room didn't work, smoke detector was disconnected inside a cabinet, had to get multiple room keys cause others didn't work, had to reconnect the AC cause it didn't work when I arrived, received ZERO room service over the week so I never received new towels or sheets like they say they do. TV did not work either.

2.0I couldn't stay here. The hotel is animal friendly however, they seem not to use the fee charged for animals, to clean up after the animals. My room smelled so much like urine. I asked to switch, and there were no other rooms. The attendent, Sara, allowed me to use her fabreeze, but it was not much help. I knew the hotel didnt offer refunds so it was better for me to sleep in my car.
