I didn't stay at that hotel because it stank of cigarettes and was filthy. It seems they rent to workers and clean it once a week. Dust everywhere. I need a refund.

VIEJO, SIN BUEN MANTENIMIENTO, LAS HABITACIÓNES NO TIENEN MICROONDAS NI NEVERA, LA PISCINA NO ESTA ABIERTA NI LIMPIA, LOS CUARTOS NO TIENEN MAL OLOR PERO TAMPOCO ESTAN BIEN LIMPIOS, LA BAÑERA Y INODORO NO ESTAN LIMPIOS COMO DEBE Y EN LAS ESQUINAS MUCHAS TELARAÑAS. Inlcuye desayuno y solo dan cafe y cereal de mal gustó.

This was the worse experience in my life, After driving from Mississippi, with my family we arrived at the hotel at 10:50 pm 12/26/2024 , We was told we couldn't check in until shift change even though we paid online and she (Light skin, Curly short hair, petite,) was beyond rude and proceeded to write a note to post on the front door which from my 8+ years of management experience tells me she was directed to do so by a higher power. After shift change a Wonderful, Helpful, hard worker i think his name was Keytavious if im wrong my apologies nonetheless doing the best he could to help me and my family, he informed us the only rooms available was one without heat in late december in 36 degree wheather , or one without a tv while i have a 2 year old, This is thee WORSE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE, This business will never be successful and both manager and employee needs to be fired, Except Keytavious or Dontayvious He deserves a raise or promotion.(CHECK THE CAMERA FROM 10:50 pm on 12/26/2024 a day after Christmas to 11:45 pm).

Embarrassment for Choice Hotels

This place should be shut down. Rooms are not cleaned yet the Lobby Area is shut down to guests due to Covid. Spider webs and Cobwebs fill the entire room. Headboards, walls and fridge are left with what looks like years of previous guests messes. Towels and sheets are stained, dirty and my guess not even washed. The safety latch on the door is not useable. I had to walk to the Lobby for assistance because the Front Desk employee wouldn’t answer the phone after many attempts of calling. Choice Hotels should be embarrassed. This Econolodge is a MAJOR HEALTH RISK.

This place should be shut down from how filthy every room is. We tried 3 different rooms, all were disgusting, floors were filthy, counters, toilet, bath tubs looked like it has NEVER been wiped, and the worst thing is that I don’t think the house keeper changes the sheets, every room we went into the bed had been slept in. So unsanitary. The last room we had did not have working bath room lights and trash laying around. I would it recommend this place AT ALL.
