− 洗澡水會忽冷忽熱，早上8點初，可能有房客退房，就開始打掃客房，吸塵器聲音滿大聲的。房間床頭沒照明設備，整體偏暗。

4.0另訂早餐價格昂貴..且令人失望. 沒有在會館用餐感覺就很差勁. 明明一樓有空間.但卻要到外面的早餐店用餐. 配合的早餐店: Lane 28 :只有特定4種套餐可以選擇. 服務人員像晚娘一樣臉孔. 一點都不親切. 4人點完餐list 明細是95*4=380元.. 根本沒有符合經濟實會.. 跟訂房時收取的早餐費價格差異..而且也沒有感受的用餐的美味及舒適..真是體驗差勁.
