− Que no me llevaron toallas ni fueron a limpiar la habitación durante mi hospedaje, tuve que ir a buscar toallas.
Upgrade needed
5.0The pool & how close it was to everything. We went to the like amusement park across the street then the beach was about 10mins from the room. The cleaning lady was very quiet but sweet.
− The floors weren't clean, the toilet wasn't mounted down properly. Let the blind down in the room & it continued to unroll. This place needs a major upgrade

− Shabby room, hard to open doors and bathroom door wouldn't close.

− Drain in the tub was partially stopped up and the toilet seat would not stay up. Other than that it was fine.

1.0The pool area looks nice but we did not utilize it.
− It was filthy. There were not enough towels and what was there was stained and soiled. The microwave was rusty and unusable. The fridge was dirty and frozen over. Unusable. The filter on the ac was dirty and my husband had to clean it for the side to get cool. The sink did not drain properly. Very slow. My husband and had to plunge it. There was no coffee in the lobby (was advertised coffee 24 hours) so we had to leave the property to get coffee. There was garbage under the mattresses and lots of dirt.
