10.0Stayed here to celebrate my son's birthday. We have stayed numerous times before and once again were looked after very well. Upgraded to a suite (with refurbished bathroom). Birthday cake and room decorations for him. Late check out extended and warm service throughout. Very nice stay and both my son and I made to feel special. Excellent.
Nice Hotel for a Staycation in Bandung
10.0The hotel located in Dago area with a quite cool weather. It has a pretty lobby with many seating area. All the team provides great hospitality including the security at the entrance gate which treated the Grabcar driver warmly. The check-in was smooth helped by Winky. Winky explained everything that might be useful during our stay including a discounted coffee and pastry at night (I forgot the time). Yudha and other team at Feast Restaurant helped us a lot during our breakfast time. The breakfast has many variety of food and beverages, including traditional food and jamu, and all tasted good. We had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Bandung Hotel & Towers.
