4.0I loved the location and the view of the river.
− The rooms are way too pricey,the hotel is very outdated,it seems as if it hasn't Ever been remodeled.Parking was 30$ a night!!Plus they allow dogs in the hotel,even in the restaurant!!I always stay on the beach when im in Jacksonville, but I wanted to see what downtown had to offer and I must say I was highly disappointed,being that I was staying at Hilton,that was the worst I have ever been.
My stay was horrible and I will never in life return!
1.0I did not like anything about this property besides the valet services.
− The property didn’t have a microwave inside the room, no ice machines working on the floor, the balcony didn’t have any chairs to sit in, the room looked very low budget inside, but on the booking site the rooms were amazing.

1.0− Our room wasn't cleaned, I told the manager and she said she would comp me 50% of the cost of my stay. I started a request on booking for the comp per the manager. Booking reached out to the hotel and they denied it. In the end booking only offered me a $25 credit towards future bookings.
