4.0− Het ontbijt. Ik heb in veel hotels verbleven van Noord tot Zuid maar dit was zeker het allerslechtste ontbijt ooit. In de kamer brouwde het koffieapparaat 'iets' maar zeker geen koffie.Bovendien bleek het hotel, understaffed. De steen moet niet geworpen worden naar de arme dame aan de receptie die haar uiterste best deed om diverse taken te combineren. Het is het management van het hotel dat niet deugt.
For the price, the room wasn’t ready for us.
7.0The location was good. Breakfast was good. The room was huge and the space was awesome. The staff was very friendly.
− The carpet was stained as well as the couch and pillows. We had a reservation for 5 but there were only 3 towels in the room and we had to call for bedding for the sleeper sofa as well.
Left after 20 minutes as it was dirty and didn’t feel safe

10.0Location: good, a little far from downtown, but manageable Atmosphere: really good Rooms: great! met our needs and comfortable Value: for the area and time of year comparable Cleanliness: everything was clean Noise level: we didn't hear anyone else unless it was at breakfast! So very good. Service: spectacular! every employee we came in contact with were helpful, professional, and kind Amenities: these were adequate for our stay
